ARRIVAL OF CONTAINER SHIPMENT FROM AUSTRIA / GERMANY. AUGUST 2023

On the 2nd of August , the hospital took delivery of a forty feet container shipment which was sent from Austria / Germany. The container arrived the hospital by 9:00am amidst joy and excitement from the members of staff and the community. The shipment contains varied degrees of medical equipment and instruments , furniture , consumables and medical supplies for the hospital. This is also in preparation for the 2023 International Medical Missions in the hospital scheduled from 10th to 18th October , 2023. Reacting to the arrival , the Administrator , Mr Mark Ogala , said “ We thank our sponsors immensely for this donations. This will significantly enhance our ability to provide quality care and better outcomes for our patients.” The head of the Technical Department, Engr Thomas Ngerem also thanked our sponsors , “ This generosity will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on our hospital , and we are truly thankful and committed in our mission to serve and heal.” The items have since been offloaded, and are being sorted out as appropriate.
