Computerized Medical Recording

The medical records has fully updated all the database of all patients of the hospital for the past 10years. Patients do not need to carry their appointment cards or remember their hospital numbers before their data and files can be retrieved. This has greatly reduced the difficulties faced by patients to get numbers or cards to hospital especially in an emergency as this  can now be retrieved easily from the computers with ease!
