NURSES’ TRAINING BY FAVOUR HEALTH CARE

As part of the means to equip our nurses and improve the quality of nursing services rendered in the hospital, St Mary’s Hospital organized ten days of training for all their nurses in collaboration with Favored Health Care USA.

The training started on the 25^th of April and ended on the 6^th of May, 2022. It focused on General Nursing, Critical Care Nursing, Quality Control Improvement, and Basic Life Support.

The training was more of a practical session where most of the nurses took turns to carry out the practical. There was also room for questions and answers to further help the nurses understand the concepts well.

At the end of the training certificate of participation was issued to all the participants.
