SMCCH is owned by the generality of the people of Umuowa, under the auspices of St. Mary’s Children & Health Foundation. The Trustees of the Foundation were duly incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja, under Part C of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, Law of the Federation of Nigeria, 1990 with Certificate No: CAC/IT/NO 38484 dated 11th May, 2010.
